Representation in Thai GL is growing in both quality and variety. Big studios and indie creators alike are bringing fresh narratives and diverse characters.

10 – Dangerous Queen The Series

Produced by Snur Entertainment, Dangerous Queen The Series is a bold new romance drama adapted from the popular web novel by Khun Phuying. While its release date is still unannounced, the series already draws attention with its intense and gripping story.

The plot follows a young woman burdened by debt who becomes a luxury escort. Along the way, she reunites with a powerful figure from her past.

Starring rising actresses Tangkwa Phinyanech as “Queen” and Nur Desoraya as “Bon,” the show promises a mix of passionate romance, hidden secrets, and complex female characters.

Themes of family dilemmas and identity add depth to the narrative, making Dangerous Queen a highly anticipated drama in the Thai GL scene.

11 – The Dragon House

The Dragon House is another highly anticipated GL series adapted from the novel by Salmon. Although it still lacks a release date, fans are already excited about its promising storyline.

The series stars Frame and Mookda and follows Fei Long, heiress of the feared Dragon Fire Gang. She must form an uneasy alliance with Wang Li Ming, successor of the Jade Lion Gang.

Together, they face rivalry and tension, with a chemistry that heats up the plot.

Considered possibly the most anticipated mafia GL drama to date, The Dragon House is expected to be the first installment of an entire saga.

Though the pilot aired months ago, updates remain scarce, increasing curiosity among viewers.

12 – My Safe Zone

My Safe Zone stars Lena as “Lin” and Miu as “Jane” and is produced by Ch3Thailand. Although it has no release date yet, the story has already captured attention.

The series follows Jane and Lin, who have been friends since high school. They once promised to stay together forever. However, Lin broke that promise when she went abroad to study for eight years.

Upon returning, Lin announced she was about to get married, but her fiancé cheated on her, and the wedding was canceled.

Feeling betrayed and heartbroken, Lin seeks comfort by returning to her safe zone — Jane, her old friend.

This original story expands CH3’s GL lineup following the success of its first couple, highlighting themes of friendship, betrayal, and emotional healing.

13 – Shades

Produced by FRT Entertainment, Shades is expected to release in 2025. Set in Thailand’s most elite girls’ school, the series centers on a group of six students and one teacher who challenge the strict rules.

Together, they ignite a storm of scandal, desire, and digital rebellion. Hidden loves and explosive secrets threaten to shatter the image of the “good girl.” The story explores what it means to grow up amid viral videos and cancel culture.

Featuring a talented cast including Mook as “Narin,” Nicky as “Bell,” England as “Earn,” Ploy as “Nano,” PuyFai as “Jane,” Mint as “Sophie,” and Opal as “Emi,” this original plot dives deep into forbidden romances, hidden identities, and the harsh truths no one wants to face.

Shades promises a bold narrative about rebellion, love, and self-discovery in the digital age.

14 – Buy My Boss

Adapted from FoxyFox’s novel and produced by FRT Entertainment, Buy My Boss is set to premiere in 2025. The series stars Aomm as Manfan and Mimi Ruethaiphat as Issara/Araya.

The story follows Manfan, a recent graduate facing a series of personal disasters: her family’s bankruptcy, a painful breakup, and her life spiraling downward. Seeking some relief, she hires an enchanting escort named Araya, who promises that good things are coming.

However, life takes a twist when Manfan lands an important job and discovers that her boss Issara, played by Mimi, is actually Araya. The plot promises a mix of romance, mystery, and secrets in a story about unexpected new beginnings.

15 – Love Design

Produced by VelCurve Studio Official, Love Design is scheduled to premiere in 2025, although the exact release date is not yet confirmed. The series stars Kao as “Okbaeb” and Jane as “Rin.”

The story revolves around two female architects who were once lovers. When one discovers that the other stole her work to use in a competition, their relationship turns into a bitter rivalry.

As former partners become business rivals, they employ strategies to outdo each other, while a complicated love triangle emerges with the arrival of a third person in their lives.

Love Design explores the conflicts between personal and professional life, showing how the tension and connection between the characters develop throughout a project called “Love Makes a Home.”

When Rin suggests they live together in the house they’re designing, the line between love and career begins to blur. Can they manage to keep the balance?

16 – Un-Trovert

Produced by Deemak Production, Un-Trovert is a new adaptation from authors Guy Suwannaroj and Lita P, with no confirmed release date yet. So far, only the official pilot is available, starring Yumi Narinna as “Jaokha” and Jenny Nitchamon as “Fair.”

The story follows a wild love between two women: an introvert with a closed heart and an ultra-confident extrovert unafraid of love. They are opposites but balance each other.

Tranquility meets a storm of emotions, but will the introvert dare to unlock her heart and let love in?

17 – Poisonous Love The Series

“Love is a poison, intoxicating the heart. But it’s the poison that makes it race.”

Poisonous Love The Series is adapted from the web novel Phit Rak by MeeNam and produced by North Star Entertainment. Filming has recently wrapped up, with a probable release in 2025, though no official date has been confirmed yet.

Set in the same universe as The Secret of Us, the series stars Jayna Angelina as “Pat” and Ginny Natnicha as “Prem” Premsini. The story follows Dr. Premsini, a perfect heart surgeon who is about to get married.

However, Pat, a beautiful villain actress, ruins the wedding when her close friend becomes pregnant by the groom. This causes Dr. Prem to intensely dislike Pat.

What Dr. Prem doesn’t know is that the sweet person she shared a stolen kiss with at her bachelorette party was actually Pat. Meanwhile, Pat has fallen for Dr. Prem at first sight and is doing everything she can to win her heart.

18 – ClaireBell

ClaireBell is a novel adaptation produced by Mine Media Production, scheduled for release in 2025. It stars Mable Siriwalee as “Claire” and Pangjie Paphavarin as “Bell.”

Bell Lalita is arrested on charges of drug possession. Although the drugs aren’t hers, the evidence is strong, and her lawyer warns her she has no chance of winning the case. With no other options, Bell accepts a 15-month prison sentence.

Life behind bars is far from peaceful. Bell becomes the target of a powerful group inside the prison, while even the warden turns a blind eye. Her only hope for survival is Claire, known as “Nineteen Scars,” an inmate locked up for a serious crime whom no one dares to get close to.

19 – Whale Store XOXO

Whale Store XOXO is a novel adaptation by GMMTV, based on the novel The Whale Store by Snow Leopard. It is set for release in 2025 and stars popular actresses Milk as “Wan” and Love as “Maewnam.” Both actresses previously starred in 23.5 (2024) and now return with more mature roles as adults in this GL series.

The story follows Wan, a repair girl who suddenly inherits her father’s struggling grocery store during hard times. As she fights to save the business from going under, she meets Maewnam, a hardworking and flirtatious regular customer.

Maewnam supports Wan’s efforts but hides a secret about her own family’s business — a secret that could jeopardize Wan’s plans.

Milk and Love’s solo project promises a heartwarming, lighthearted, and wholesome story similar to 23.5, but with a more grown-up vibe. Whale Store XOXO is expected to air around June 2025
